Adaptive sleep hardware
A sleep mask that senses what's happening in your brain and body while you sleep — and adjusts stimulation in real time, all night, without waking you up.
Why
Sleep aids treat the symptom the same way every night. They don't know if you're tossing, if your heart rate won't settle, or if you're already three-quarters asleep.
The solution
Dreamz doesn't play a fixed pattern. It reads your body continuously, decides what's happening, and closes the loop with a response — every few seconds, all night.
PPG heart rate, motion & temperature in · an on-device sleep-readiness score out · stimulation adjusted within a hard-coded safety ceiling.
Inside the mask
Take it apart and there's no mystery hardware — a fabric shell, a comfort layer, and one small electronics board carrying the sensors, electrodes, and processing that make the loop work.
The mask, coming apart and back together — outer shell, sensing layer, comfort layer.

What's next
Four stages, in order — each one a precondition for the next. We're mid-way through the first.
Integrated PPG, accelerometer & temperature sensing on one board; single-channel current-pump stimulation behind a hard safety ceiling.
Validate sense → analyse → respond against real sleep outcomes across a larger cohort.
BLE pairing, over-the-air firmware updates, and cloud-synced sleep history — ready for a public release.
Move from bench-built units to a manufacturable design, ready for volume.
